RETURN POLICY: All returns must be approved in advance and no package will be accepted without a RMA number on the outside of the box. Call or e-mail us with a complete description of the reason you want to return the merchandise and you will be advised of the appropriate exchange procedure. Defective items may only be exchanged for like items, or for repair only. Due to the limited availability of most items, DMGI's maximum liability will be limited to the refund of the purchase price, tax and shipping, in the event the item can not be replaced with a like item.

Returns for refund must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be in brand new condition
  • The item must be packed in its original box
  • The item should have all of the retail packing materials including driver disks, manual, accessories, etc.
  • The item must be in a resellable condition.
  • The items that are unsealed can not be returned unless they are defective, and then only for exchange.
  • If the retail box is damaged, or the packaging has been written on, etc., we cannot accept them for return.
  • Certain items such as printers, electronic products and media products are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Non Defective (buyer's remorse) items are non-refundable
  • All eligible NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    PAYMENT: The easiest way to pay for an order is with your VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover credit card on line. You have the assurance of the Yahoo Store order system's tight security measures behind every purchase. If you feel more comfortable calling us to give your credit card number over the phone, please do so. Please note that we can not accept any credit cards issued outside the US and Canada.

    You may also pay by check or money order. We can only hold items ordered without a credit card for five business days, so we recommend forwarding the payment via Priority Mail. Please allow adequate time for personal checks to clear the bank. Sorry, no CODs can be accepted.

    For some of our customers, a wire transfer may be the most convenient method of payment. There is an extra $10 fee for the processing of wire transfers. Contact the sales department at sales@dmgi.biz for details on the wire transfer requirements.

    For those institutional and corporate customers that prefer to purchase using a PO on an open account, we can typically set up your account in under 48 hours. Contact the credit department at credit@dmgi.biz with your request including your fax number, and a credit application will be forwarded to you right away.

    SALES TAX: California residents will be charged the appropriate state sales tax which will be calculated when you enter your order and displayed on your order form. If you are buying for resale and have a valid resale permit issued by the State of California, please contact us to fill out a Resale Certificate.

    SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Unlike many of the virtual stores out there, everything on our website is in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment unless otherwise specified. Most orders will be shipped the next business day, and most are shipped the same day received. Please take transit time into consideration when configuring time of arrival.

    Select a shipping option from the order page and the appropriate cost will be displayed on your order form. You can use the back button on your browser to try different shipping methods and view the applicable cost. Please note that we will need a physical street address for all deliveries. UPS and FedEx can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

    Due to the cumbersome paperwork and poor package tracking ability, we will not ship via Priority Mail in the continental US. 3 Day service from both UPS and FedEx is very similar in price to Priority Mail and offers the same delivery commitment, without all of the inconvenience of Priority Mail. We will still offer Priority Mail to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and to APO/FPO addresses as UPS and FedEx do not offer a competitive alternative to those destinations.

    Shipping: For most countries, we offer shipping via Global Express Mail ,Worldwide Express by FedEx and Vessels. We will advise you of the shipping cost after we received your order. We will not ship until we get a confirmation from you

    Payment for international orders can be made by Wire Transfer only in US dollars and payable at a US bank. There is a $10.00 processing fee for wire transfers and orders are shipped after receipt of wire transfer.

    Warranties for international purchases may be limited by the manufacturers, you are entirely responsible for the shipping costs, both for returning items to us for inspection and the return shipment of the repaired/replaced item.

    Duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the carrier or your home country are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no way to estimate those costs, so please contact your local customs authorities or the local office of the shipping carrier (FedEx or your postal service) for more information.
